Individual Coaching

Most people know what they want. The harder part is figuring out what’s getting in the way and doing something about it. Individual coaching is one-on-one work with a certified professional coach, focused on exactly that.

How We Work Together

Coaching is a partnership built around where you want to go. The work is grounded in your values, because understanding what you stand for and what matters most to you is the foundation everything else is built on. From there, sessions work through honest conversation and the right questions at the right time, helping you find your own answers rather than handing you someone else’s.

Every engagement begins with an Energy Leadership Index® (ELI) assessment. The ELI measures how you perceive and show up in the world, both on a normal day and when things get hard. It isn’t a detour from your goals, it deepens the work from the start. [Learn more about the ELI here.]

What You Can Expect

Good coaching helps you get honest about your patterns, your strengths, and the places you tend to get in your own way. Over time, decisions get clearer, habits become more intentional, and the gap between where you are and where you want to be starts to close.

Some clients come in with a specific goal. Others arrive knowing only that something isn’t working. Both are good places to start.

What the Work Covers

Sessions start with what matters to you. On the personal side, that might mean identifying the beliefs that keep you stuck, building habits that hold, getting through a period of change without losing your footing, or developing enough self-awareness that your choices reflect who you are rather than who you think you should be. It might also mean working on confidence, learning to trust your own judgment, or figuring out how to manage stress without just pushing through it and hoping for the best.

On the professional side, clients work on career direction, leadership and communication, how they show up in their role, and finding a way to make work and the rest of life function together rather than against each other.

Most of the time, the personal and professional are harder to separate than people expect. That’s not a problem. That’s usually where the most useful work happens.

The Hardest Part Is Usually Starting

Most people who are ready for coaching have been thinking about it for a while. They know something needs to change, they’re just not sure where to begin or whether this is the right way to begin it. That’s a reasonable place to be.

A free, no-obligation discovery call is an honest conversation about where you are and whether coaching is the right fit.
